Returns & Refunds

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the ordered products to exercise his right of withdrawal. 

The customer will inform the customer service team of this decision to withdraw by sending a clear and unambiguous statement to the email: support@salvatore-ferrara.com

The customer can use the sample cancellation form attached to these General Terms and Conditions, although this is not mandatory.

The customer must return the products to Salvatore Ferrara immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after notification of the decision to withdraw. The customer must return the products in new and unused condition, with all original labels and at his own expense. The customer is reponsible for the products ( including any damage or loss) until they reach Salvatore Ferrara.

If the above conditions are met and Salvatore Ferrara has received the products, we will refund the customer the entire order amount. 

The entire purchase price will be refunded within 14 calendar days of timely receipt of the returned products, provided all of the above conditions have been strictly adhered to. Under no circumstances may the amount refunded ever exceed the amount actually paid by the customer.

The refund will be made according to the terms agreed with the bank that issued the card. For this repayment we use the same payment method that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This refund will not be charged to the customer, less any sales vouchers or discounts used to pay for the order.

The customer is liable for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value is due to the fact that the product  were not used to the extent necessary to test the nature, properties and functionality of the products.

Returns can only be accepted as described above.
