Shipping with DHL
Salvatore Ferrara takes pride in offering you a secure and reliable shipping service. We dispatch all orders with DHL to ensure that your purchases arrive quickly and safely.

Shipping Destinations
We ship our products across Europe. If your country is not listed among the available shipping destinations, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping options.

Shipping Costs
Germany: standard shipping with DHL:         6,19€

EU-Countries: standard shipping with DHL: 14,49€

Switzerland: standard shipping with DHL:    26,99€

Delivery Times
Germany: 5-7 business days after receipt of order
EU Countries: 7-9 business days after receipt of order

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email. 

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing and delivery do not occur on weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment at any time on the DHL website.

Customs and Import Fees
No customs duties apply for orders within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping costs.
