General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Salvatore Ferrara, Villeneuvestraße 39, 70806 Kornwestheim, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

2. Contract Partners, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Salvatore Ferrara. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded by you accepting the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Prices
All prices listed on the website include the applicable statutory VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders.

5. Delivery Conditions
We deliver within the European Union. The delivery time is 2-3 business days within Germany and 3-7 business days to other EU countries. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. There is no processing or delivery of orders on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are made by DHL.

6. Payment

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

9. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

10. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found on the product page and on special information pages in the online shop.

11. Data Protection
We process your personal data for the specific purpose and in accordance with the legal requirements. The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, email address, address, payment information) will be used by us to fulfill and process the contract. 12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online platform for resolving disputes, which can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body.

13. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply. Contracts between us and you are governed exclusively by German law.
